Over the months I spent with Extentia, they gave me the room to work on whatever I felt comfortable with, whilst adding responsibilities that matched my skills and ambitions. Considering my short period with Extentia, I could not have asked for more than the numerous projects and responsibilities I was entrusted with. Furthermore, Extentia really supports its employees' development, be it at work, personal development or even creativity. There is always room for ones own ideas and suggestions. I truly appreciate how Umeed and his team have molded Extentia into a vibrant and engaging company to work in. If Extentia ever sets up a company in Singapore, I will definitely apply to work there as I really like the work atmosphere. I also traveled around India.
